What information does ScheduleOnline collect, store and use?
ScheduleOnline collects, stores and uses personal data on our secure servers. We do this by either requesting the information directly from you or automatically receiving it from your browser.
Requesting information directly from you, allows you to use the collaboration, reservation and scheduling functions of the service. This information includes:

Your personal data. (This includes: email and postal address, phone number and password).
Schedule information (meetings, tasks, to-do lists, sticky notes, appointment bookings).
Email notifications and reminders.

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol(IP), addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Cookie information (user name and password prompt)
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computers hard drive by our web server to uniquely identify your computer to our server. ScheduleOnline only uses cookie information to recognize your computer for the log in process to provide you with a more personalized experience. We do not store password or other personal information in the cookie. Because we don't store the password itself in the cookie, it is almost impossible for other users to log in and access your personal information. If you wish, you can configure your browser to block cookies, you will still be able to use our site without cookies turned on.
Sharing of Information
While you are on our site, ScheduleOnline is the only entity collecting your information. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose any of your personal information to any third party unless authorized by you, except that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
In the event that we establish a partnership with another company, or are acquired by or merged with another company, information that we collect may be transferred to the partner or the acquiring or merging company at time such partnership, acquisition, or merger is closed and to the extent necessary to fulfill our obligations under such partnership, acquisition, or merger.
Who can access personal data?

ScheduleOnline Database Administrator: The Database Administrator and people reporting to the Database Administrator have access to the ScheduleOnline servers and the data stored on them as part of the function of the service.

Vendors: The ScheduleOnline system passes your name and email address to any vendor(s) with whom you schedule appointments or make reservations, as a part of the automatic functioning of the service. All other information must be provided and/or approved by you.
For instance, we have forums available as part of our service functionality. Personal information can be made available to others through this function, so we urge Administrators and users to be aware of what information they are posting and to whom.

How can you delete or correct the information stored on ScheduleOnline?
You may update or change your personal information for your account by logging into your ScheduleOnline account with your email and password then editing your personal information in the Preferences section within our application. You may as well choose to 'opt out' of accessing your information.
Security and Storage Data
The ScheduleOnline site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alternation of the information under our control. These security measures include state-of-the-art firewall, physical protection in our data center, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your financial data during the sign up and billing process.
We will store your information for a minimum of 3 years.
Children
We do not offer services to, or target, persons under the age of 13. Children should always request permission from their parent or guardian prior to submitting their personal information online. We will purge any information we receive from people we believe to be children under 13 from our database and cancel the corresponding accounts.
Changes to Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. A "Reviewed & Updated" date will always be included on the top of the statement. To keep up-to-date with this policy, please check this page periodically.

We want you to enjoy your use of our service.
